The Space

This little home is located in a Tiny Home Village park that caters to a few long term RV’s too. It’s tiny (obviously) but amazes most people—it’s a practical, modern, inviting space. Park in front of the unit and walk up the stairs onto the exceptional and inviting deck that looks west (sunsets, anyone?). The layout is obvious as soon as you open the door. There’s a fully functional kitchen, ready for your culinary creations. There’s a couch. There’s a closet. And then there are … STAIRS!?!? Indeed! This little home offers BOTH a private bedroom with a bath, and two additional loft spaces, each with it’s own comfortable bed “upstairs!” One bed is a queen, the other a full. There’s natural light in here, plenty of windows and the décor fits this unique space up in the Rocky Mountains west of Colorado Springs—tongue and groove beetle-kill pine paneling throughout with sensibilities specific to short-term travelers and guests. This home is managed professionally and perhaps more importantly, cleaned and laundered professionally! Quality linens and an attention to detail are evident throughout. Getting Around

Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property (within walking distance), we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
