The Space

This charming little home offers the perfect balance of modern appeal with classic bones, classic layout, classic goodness. Enter through the front using the code provided, and after parking out front on the street or in the private little driveway. You’ll open the front door and step into a warm, bright, welcoming space. There’s a large sofa with a bed in the living room, comfortable seating and a décor and color scheme that’s both inviting and modern. Access to the kitchen is off to one side and includes a dining space for four. The kitchen itself is handsome and fully functional—ready for your culinary creations. All throughout this home the surfaces are of quality—wood and tile, granite and stainless steel. The home’s two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the main level—one featuring KING comfort, and the other a queen. Enjoy the COLOR in this home too … most notably the original mountain and forest murals in the bedrooms! The beds are great, and all of the linens are quality—professionally cleaned and laundered. The home’s single bath is definitely a treasure … with travertine tile and an inviting shower head. This charming short term rental is dog-friendly and with a private backyard, perfect for your friends—furry or otherwise. There’s a gas grill and plenty of inviting space and room to breathe under the Colorado sky.

ATTENTION: * Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($50/dog/stay) with restrictions: 2 dogs max; 55 lbs or less; no aggressive dogs: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds. Additional dogs or size need to be cleared beforehand; * No other pets other than dogs – we are sorry!; * No parties or events * No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors; * Garbage Bins are just outside the kitchen door on the right. Blue = recycle, Black = Trash Pick up every Friday. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing – we will fix that for you! * If you are staying with us on a Thursday night, we would be extremely grateful if you could roll the bins down to the street before 7am on Friday morning.* Additional services: – Early Check-in Service $25/hr (Early as 2 pm) – Late Checkout Service: $25/hr (Late as 12 pm) *Must be requested prior to 10 AM checkout or fee of $30/hr will be applied* – Dog Fee: $50/dog/stay

Getting Around

Although there are many, many restaurants, bars, cafes and parks accessible by foot from this property, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
