The Space

Park on the street and enter through the front door of this multi-unit building. There are other short-term visitors here, but this unit is completely private and independent. Using your private code on the electronic keypad, you’ll enter into a bright, warm, modern and inviting space. The layout of this unit is simple—with everything you need and nothing you don’t. There’s a bit of a mid-century modern flare to the décor—just enough to engage, not enough to put-off. The living room is perfectly relaxing and features a comfortable sofa bed, the kitchen is fully functional and ready for your culinary creations. Everything has been recently renovated and there’s a sense of quality throughout. Stainless steel appliances, quality surfaces, inviting furnishings—perfect. The single bedroom features a quality queen bed with great linens—everything professionally laundered and cleaned. Attention to detail is our speciality, and this clean, modern unit stays sharp. The bathroom features a refreshing shower and subway tile. There’s also a full laundry for guest use just down the hall … though this is shared by all of the building’s four units. Getting Around

Although there are exceptional entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities within walking distance to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
