There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms down. The bedrooms offer varying options perfect for diverse groups … from KING comfort in the master, to multiple queen beds and a lower-level room complete with a queen and two singles — there’s space here for everyone. With everything you need, and nothing you don’t, this functional and practical space is the perfect vacation rental for you and your loved-ones — furry and otherwise! * Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($50/dog/stay) with restrictions: 2 dogs max; 55 lbs or less; no aggressive dogs: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds and Great Danes; * No pets other than dogs allowed – we are sorry!; * No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors; * Garbage bins are located in the back alley. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing – we will fix that for you! Getting Around

Although there are exceptional outdoor recreation and entertainment options within walking distance (across the street) from this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
