Park on the street and enter through the front door, just past the cute little patio with seating for two and views! Use your unique combo on the smart lock and open the door into a welcoming, practical space and main-level living. There’s a comfortable living room, a formal dining room with seating for 6, a handsome kitchen ready for your culinary creations, and the three bedrooms are all on this level too. Bedroom #1 features a California KING bed, with quality linens professionally laundered. Bedroom #2 also features a California KING! The third bedroom features a twin-trundle bed, that becomes a double-twin with the pullout. Outside, there’s a respectable outdoor living space fully fenced for your furry, canine companion. An outdoor dining table features seating for 6 and a gas grill ready for the BBQ. * Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($50/dog/stay) with restrictions: 2 dogs max; 55 lbs or less; no aggressive dogs: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds and Great Danes; * No pets other than dogs allowed – we are sorry!; * No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors; * Garbage bins are located in the back alley. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing – we will fix that for you! Getting Around

Although there are exceptional entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities within walking distance to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
