The Space

Spacious, comfortable, well-designed and offered at a great price, this country home rental is an exceptional value for groups & families. Enter from the driveway, with private parking here enough for multiple vehicles. The walkway leads to the handsome, inviting little front-porch with mountain views when the leaves on the scrub oak trees fall. The smart-lock on the front door allows for ease & convenience and you’ll enter into a hallway offering access to the upstairs bedrooms or the main level living spaces. These are warm, well-lighted, comfortable and inviting with plenty of space and opportunities to sit back and relax. Enjoy the leather sofas and the wood-burning stove (bring your own wood!). The kitchen is just beyond and with an open design concept it’s ready for your own culinary creations and an evening cooking for your friends or family. There’s plenty of counter space and seating for 6. There’s also access to the backyard—an inviting, natural outdoor-living experience. There’s a BBQ grill as well as a smoker—ready for a grass-fed steak or a fat portobello. The patio is private and verdant in the summer months—a restful, peaceful place. Back inside there’s an additional family room with a TV and another table ready for your laptop or a game of cards. Upstairs the bedrooms await. Bedroom #1 features king comfort, Bedroom #2 a queen, Bedroom #3 a full-mattress, and Bedroom #4 a solitary twin—all are adorned with quality linens, professionally laundered. Our home is managed professionally, cleaned professionally, and stocked and maintained by the best in Colorado Springs. * Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($50/dog/stay) with restrictions: 2 dogs max; 55 lbs or less; no aggressive dogs: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds and Great Danes; * No pets other than dogs allowed – we are sorry!; * No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors; * Garbage bins are located at the end of the driveway next to the retaining wall. * AC Window units are located in master bedroom, and two of the other bedrooms. Getting Around

Although there are exceptional entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities close to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
