Within walking & biking distance of Downtown Colorado Springs, this immaculate 3 bedroom home has been renovated, designed, and maintained to vacation rental perfection! Plenty of places will claim “appeal” but this downtown Airbnb rental has a special kind of enticing charm that you can feel in your bones and breathe in the air. The outdoor living space is exceptional. The location is fabulous. And the inside, the heart, has been created with care & quality. Take a look, this one speaks for itself!

The Space

Normally this is where we talk about the insides (wait a minute, we’ll get to that!) but first the outside, the cover of this glorious book! Verdant in the summer, inviting even in the winter, colorful, well-designed, spacious—the yard of this downtown Airbnb rental is practically perfect, and a real creation in landscape (do we dare say…architecture?). The patio features quality outdoor furniture, a handsome modern fire-table, a tasteful trellis, outdoor-dining for 6 and a gas grill just waiting for your BBQ under a Colorado sky. The porch, with its comfortable swing, seems a product of a simpler, slower time and sets the tone for the rest of the home: comfortable, restful, relaxing, quality, inviting charm and design. Inside the spaces are open, warm and bright; outfitted and appointed with items of a higher quality than the typical vacation rental, this home will please even the most discriminating eyes. The surfaces are hardwood, granite and stainless steel. The lighting is modern. The windows are expansive and new. The décor is welcoming and colorful, but all in a tasteful nod to respectful subtlety. Enter through the front of the house and into the main living room featuring all the necessary comforts of home including a smart TV, plenty of seating, and a work desk with high speed WiFi for traveling business professionals . The dining room is adjacent with formal seating for six. The kitchen, fully functional and ready for your culinary creations, is just adjacent to this. Beyond is a full laundry for guest use, and a full bath as well. Upstairs are the three bedrooms. The master features a voluminous king bed, while the second bedroom offers queen comfort. The third room offers dual doubles. The bathroom upstairs is spacious, modern and clean. Everything here is laundered professionally and the attention to detail shines as white as the linens. While there’s plenty of hyperbole in listing descriptions these days, we know we run the risk of sounding a bit cliché but really, truly, madly, deeply this place is the real deal; the true-blue, the kit-and-caboodle. The whole home is completely private to you. There is parking on the street in front of the house. Access is with a door code and it will be provided to you once you book your stay.

ATTENTION: * We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. * Pets are NOT allowed in this property; * NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Please be respectful to the neighbors – quiet hours are 10pm – 7am; * Trash and recycle bins are located in the back by the fence. The trash pick up day is on Tuesday morning. If your stay includes Monday or Tuesday, please roll out the bins to the back alley (through brown gates) the night before or early in the morning (by 9 am) and put them back on the other side of the fence any other day. * Please let us know if the trash is overflowing – we will fix that for you! * Please make sure that the fire pit is cool before you put the cover on. Getting Around

Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, craft breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities within walking distance or biking distance to this property, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
