Stainless steel, hardwood and granite surfaces reflect the Colorado sun streaming through the windows. There is another dining table here with seating for 4. Just beyond is the family room, featuring large, vibrant works of art, large windows with views of the summer greenery outside, a television, and warming gas fireplace. Just outside the sliding glass door is a large wooden deck overlooking the treed backyard, with views to the west toward the Rocky Mountain foothills and Pikes Peak, “America’s Mountain.” There is comfortable outdoor seating here, a gas fire-pit and gas grill—all perfect for entertaining. The highlight of the backyard, however, is the warming, relaxing hot tub lying just underneath the deck—offering the perfect amount of privacy and enjoyment. On the West side of the house facing the walkway. 3. On the front facing the front door walkway and driveway. 4. On the upper back porch directly above sliding door, facing only outside of door. (No views of inside or fire pit area) 5. One below back deck facing directly at basement sliding door. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. * We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. * Pets are NOT allowed in this property; * Trash bins located on west side of home next to driveway. We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
