The Space

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath garden-level Airbnb is bright and cheery—this separate home is almost a full house unto itself, with plenty of space and the quality of care and décor you could expect from a much more expensive stay. Value, a welcoming space and some exceptional amenities—take a look, ask us any questions, and BOOK TODAY! Enter on the north side of the house and to the back. There’s plenty of parking for a couple of vehicles here, but please don’t block the garage. The entrance to the unit is clearly marked and next to the garage. Use your private key-code to enter into the hallway leading to the unit. Once inside you’ll notice a large and inviting main living space, with bedrooms and the kitchen off to the sides. The unit has been designed with travelers in mind. The master bedroom, just to the left, offers KING comfort with quality linens professionally laundered. The main bath is just off this room, with a travertine shower/tub, dual sinks, and a full stacked laundry set for guest use. Bedroom #2 features queen comfort as well as a crib for your little one. Bedroom #3 offers another KING bed for weary travelers. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped and ready for your culinary creations and offers a convenient second bathroom for busy mornings. The outdoor spaces, available for use by guests, truly make this one stand apart. The large flagstone patio features a ton of outdoor seating, all set around a large brick fire-pit. Relax with your family in a natural way under a clear Colorado sky. And then afterward maybe relax even more deeply in the enclosed, private hot-tub with views of Pikes Peak a few miles off to the west. Guest Access

Guest will have access to the entire bottom garden-level Airbnb with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, laundry room., grill and outdoor seating area. The Hot Tub is available for private use.

ATTENTION: *Owner lives on site in upstairs unit. Floor has been insulated to minimize noise and upstairs and downstairs are sealed off permanently. * We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. * Pets are NOT allowed in this property; * Quiet hours are from 10 pm – 7 am * Garage will be locked off and not accessible. *Hot Tub hours of use from 10 am – 10 pm. Seldomly used by owner but your privacy will be respected. Additional services: – Early Check-in Service $25/hr (Early as 2 pm) – Late Checkout Service: $25/hr (Late as 1 pm)

Getting Around

Although there are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés and recreational opportunities within walking distance or biking distance to this property, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
