The Space
Value. Practicality. Location. This older home offers two units to short-term guests, and this listing represents the lower level unit. Enter through the front door after parking on the street or in the back of the building. Access the lower unit and enter through the main living area, with the 2 bedrooms off to the right. Both are spacious and bright. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable king as well as a vintage fireplace. Bedroom 2 features queen-sized comfort. The kitchen, bathroom and dining area are all further back, along with access to the small outdoor patio area perfect for grilling. The main living area features a TV with Roku, and a queen-sized pullout bed from the sofa. A full laundry is also available for guest use. No hypberhole here with this listing. Just a solid value and a great, practical stay for guests on a budget. Enjoy!
