The Space
Value. Practicality. Location. This older home offers two units to short-term guests, and this listing represents the upper-level unit. Enter through the front door after parking on the street or in the back of the building. The steep stairs leading up to the unit are just inside the front door. Upon entering, you’re presented with a bright and open space with living room, small sitting area, sunroom and corkscrew staircase leading up to the bedroom loft. There is plenty of natural light here and even views of Pikes Peak, America’s mountain, from the west-facing windows. The sofa in the living room contains a queen-pullout bed. The bedroom loft contains a comfortable king. The kitchen is just beyond the main living area and is practical and functional. The bathroom just next to this, clean and easy. At the rear of the unit is access to a small patio or outdoor space complete with gas grill. A full laundry is also available for guest use, located in the bathroom. No hypberhole here with this listing. Just a solid value and a great, practical stay for guests on a budget. Enjoy!
