The Space

4 bedrooms on 2 levels; a main-level master suite with private bathroom and king-sized bed. Open, functional, modern, bright, comfortable. This home is a practical value for travelers and guests. Enter through the front of the home and past the small entryway and into the main living/dining/kitchen great room. A wood-burning stove offers an authentic bit of Western ambiance, perfect for a cool winter’s night relaxing or watching a Colorado sun set from the large front window. To the rear of the great-room is the kitchen, modern and sleek with updated cabinetry, quality surfaces and warm & modern Edison lighting. Just out the sliding glass doors is an exceptional little deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill. Enjoy the glow of the warm outdoor lighting as you light a fire in the fire-pit and grill, and prepare, perhaps, an outdoor-culinary masterpiece on the grate/camp-cooking setup within the fire-pit. The views of Pikes Peak from this outdoor space are superb — perhaps good enough to inspire a (13.1 mile) hike to the summit? Back inside, the comfortable second bedroom awaits your inspection. Further on, down the stairs, the lower-level calls for a comfortable evening of relaxation and maybe a binge-watch of your favorite streaming shows. Two more bedrooms are located in the basement, along with a well-appointed bathroom. Bedroom #3 features a queen bed, and bedroom #4 a double/twin bunk combination for the kids. This home has a great feel to it and is lovingly cared for, cleaned and offered to travelers and guests by a team of local professionals. Welcome to Colorado Springs, and your home away from home.

Guest Access

Guest will have access to the entire house including: the four bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room, living room, two bathrooms, patio except the garage and a locked closet downstairs.

Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located within walking and biking distance from this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
