The Space

A “larger” tiny-home cabin, this vacation rental gets you the feel of a more rustic, Colorado experience without the inconvenience and access issues. Tucked away in the trees in a tiny-home park, it’s on the “larger” end of the tiny-home spectrum, and features a full bedroom with a Queen bed along with a separate loft—equipped with a comfortable King bed. There’s parking for one vehicle in front of the home and the private deck and sunroom. Before you enter inside, you might want to walk around to the side, and get a taste for the outdoor-living possibilities under a Colorado sky. There’s a gas grill along with comfortable outdoor seating. There’s also a great little hot-tub, intimately designed for 2 people, and ready for some serious relaxation. You’ll notice views of Pikes Peak, America’s Mountain, through the trees here and there — the mountain is just about 5 miles away as the crow flies. You’ll also notice the clean, mountain air. As you step into the unlocked sunroom, you’ll immediately be struck by how large this modern “tiny” home feels — spacious and airy and bright. The home has been designed with the short-term guest in mind. The décor and design is modern, attractive and functional. The sunroom extension offers big windows, sunlight, and a place to dine. There’s also a comfortable reclining area … a daybed of sorts. The main, front door leads you into the main-living space: a testament to ingenious, functional, welcoming design. Step inside using the private code you’ve been given at check-in. The living room features a comfortable sofa in front of an electronic fireplace, just below a big flat-panel TV. The kitchen, fully functional and ready for your culinary creations, presents some inviting opportunities. You’ll notice the loft up a set of steep stairs, and then further in, a full and private bedroom. Accessible from the bedroom is the single bath—ready for business behind a set of stylish barn-doors. There’s a full laundry for guest use too, just at the base of the stairs leading up to the loft. Small in size, but big on charm, comfort and functional value, this space presents a pretty enticing opportunity to travelers and guests to the Pikes Peak Region looking for a truly unique (and really accommodating!) stay. Getting Around

Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property (within walking distance), we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
