Charming & whimsical, this 2 BDRM apartment sits atop a unique and fashionable boutique clothing store in Old Colorado City—the most unique and fashionable neighborhood of Colorado Springs. Guests will enjoy exceptional access to some of the best, west-side attractions, some of which are within walking distance. Perhaps minimalist in details, this apartment is nevertheless extravagant in its appeal! Small, well-behaved pets are welcome!
The Space
Sitting quietly, privately, independently above “Beth’s Boutique,” this 2 bedroom apartment offers charming, fanciful, colorful accommodations to visitors and guests. After turning into the driveway off the main road, guests can park in the back of the property in the single parking spot labeled “Flat.” The apartment is located in the back of the main boutique building, NOT to be confused with the separate cottage at the rear of the property—which is offered separately to other short-term guests (contact us if you’d like to book these together!).
Follow the signs next to the chic, inviting, verdant courtyard to the “Flat.” Upon opening the door, ascend the steep stairs to the apartment above the boutique—THIS is your home away from home! Almost hidden or secret in its appeal, the entire apartment is located on a single floor upstairs. The main bedroom, offering a comfortable, welcoming queen bed is first, at the top of the stairs. Next down the main hallway and off to the right is a fully functional kitchen, with a small formal seating area for two. Further is the unit’s bathroom and the second bedroom, offering two twin beds in a colorful, original sleeping space. There is a television here with Roku. Throughout this apartment the theme is comfort along with a unique and colorful, inviting décor mirroring the style and fanciful vibe of the boutique out front. The amenities are simple here, but the appeal is great. And in a location such as this one—with restaurants, cafes, galleries, bars and artisan shops within walking distance up the street—and the mountains and main tourist attractions a short drive (or bike) away—we believe this little home is the perfect place to come home to after a long day’s explorations & adventures.
The guest courtyard just outside the entrance to the flat is a jewel. In summer months it is green and inviting. Rest in the hammock, swaying with a summer breeze. Or sit and relax next to the bubbling fountain as the trees are rustled gently overhead—a welcoming outdoor environment to complement the outdoor sites you’ll see and experience throughout your stay in Colorado Springs. Although there are many, many restaurants, bars, cafes and parks accessible by foot from this property, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
