The Space

Enter through the front door after parking on the street or in the private driveway. The main living/great room features an open concept with floor to ceiling windows, living and dining rooms and a stairway to the open, upper level. The well-appointed kitchen is further into the home and features a breakfast table separate from the formal dining room, along with access to the outdoor patio and backyard. This home is pet friendly and your loved-ones, furred and otherwise, will enjoy the large outdoor space with comfortable seating—Colorado outdoor living. There’s also a dog run for smaller pets. Back inside the home, a full basement features a separate living and entertaining space along with a bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed and private bath. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, along with a full GYM featuring weights and a treadmill. Relax and burn the stress away. A child’s bedroom is across the hall from the workout room, featuring a twin bed and full bathroom. The master bedroom of this home, however, is a true gem. Open and bright, it offers king-sized comfort along with a massage chair and a superb, spacious bathroom with a relaxing tub and views of Pikes Peak from the window. Parking is in driveway, or anywhere on the street in front of the house. Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the following areas: Locations of Security Camera: 1. Front door bell camera. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. ATTENTION: * We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. * Pets are allowed in this property; * Please let us know if the trash is overflowing – we will fix that for you! This home is located in a suburb on the eastern side of Colorado Springs and we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the area. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
