There is parking behind the house, a single dedicated spot in the detached garage (also a separate vacation rental…ask us about availability if you have a larger group!) You’ll also immediately notice the enticing outdoor entertainment space, ready for your friends and family and an evening spent at the grill. Once inside, it becomes clear that the energy, the “feel” here is just plain nice. The living room is comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is modern, functional and accented with quality granite and stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms are well-appointed with comfortable bedding. The larger of the two bedrooms offers king-sized comfort, the second bedroom a queen—both with quality, professionally laundered linens. The single bathroom is bright, white and clean. Although there are PLENTY of excellent restaurants, bars and other attractions within walking distance here, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
