In addition to the amazing location, the unit has been remodeled to modern perfection. It is spacious, open and bright. The loft-concept living-room & kitchen sport modern appointments, quality surfaces, new appliances and authentic cork-wood flooring. A queen pullout bed is located in the sofa. The bathroom is functional and bright. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, the walkout balcony invites a morning coffee (sourced downstairs of course) spend gazing out at the sun rising over Downtown, or an afternoon latte (sourced downstairs of course) sipped while watching the late-day shadows spread across the Rocky Mountain Foothills just a few miles to the west. The bedroom features a luxury air-mattress, for additional guests as well as cable & Fire TV. Stay here and enjoy a truly unique location, classic, turn-of-the-century appeal with modern convenience and design, and easy access to SO. MUCH. GOOD!

Guest Access

The whole unit is completely private to you. There are parking spaces in the back, and plenty of on-street parking. The unit is a part of a larger building and there are is a coffee shop downstairs. Access is with a door code and it will be provided to you once you book your stay.

Getting Around

Although there are PLENTY of excellent restaurants, bars and other attractions within walking distance here, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
