-Free luggage drop-off *Upon request* -Late Checkout Service: $20/hr (Late as 1 pm) *Must be requested before checkout at 10 am otherwise a $30/hr fee will be charged. -Early Check-in Service $20/hr (Early as 2 pm) -Pet are welcome for an additional, nightly fee of $30 per pet. -Mid-stay Clean Full Clean $110 -Mid-stay Clean Freshen up $55 *Includes fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and restocking home supplies. Pets are allowed, we only ask that you pick up after them and please keep them off of the furniture. Parties/events are not permitted. No smoking or vaping (of any kind) indoors, you will lose your security deposit and pay an extra cleaning fee.

Getting Around

Although this home is not far from Downtown and restaurants, shops, bars and cafes are close by, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
