Comfortable with modern updates, a great price, and an exceptional location hard to surpass—this place might just be the perfect short term rental for true travelers to Colorado Springs. Don’t let the garden-level description fool you—this home is open and bright. It’s also clean and updated to modern perfection. Functional, practical, clean—everything you could need is here including a full laundry, plenty of parking, a great living area and a full kitchen showing off a bit with contemporary, wooden counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a cute and separate eating area. Absolutely exceptional, however, is the location of this rental. Almost next-door to Red Rocks Open Space, and just down the road from Bear Creek Park, guests will enjoy amazing access to hiking, biking trails, and great places to explore. Both parks are considered “local” jewels…spots that locals frequent for their natural beauty, but perhaps not as well-known (or well-frequented) as other parks. Also close by are all the major attractions that folks visit the Springs for including Pike’s Peak, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods. Another, potentially sweet (literally) amenity to this rental is its proximity to another local culinary jewel; just 1/4 mile from the Garden of the Gods Gourmet, guests can indulge their culinary palates for dinner, brunch or take-out, and walk or bike home afterwards (burn those calories!).

The space

Located just east of Red Rock Canyon Open Space, and the Rocky Mountain foothills leading up to Pikes Peak, this 2 bedroom condo is located perfectly for a true Colorado Springs experience.

The home is modern and sensible, with updated living spaces and a stylish, remodeled kitchen. It features two bedrooms with queen beds, as well as a foldout queen sofa, allowing 6 people to visit in cozy comfort. The living room TV is Netflix and Sling-enabled!

The kitchen is spacious and aesthetic, with wooden counters and stainless steel appliances and comes with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and everything you will need to make gourmet meals for your family or significant other.

Parking at this location abounds, with a large parking area next to the unit, as well as plenty of space on the street in front of the home.

Guest access

-Enter through the rear, west, or parking-lot side of the building.
-Guest will have access to the entire unit.
-Parking is available both on street, as well as in the spacious parking lot located right next to this property, on the west side of the building, close to the open field.
