The Space
Enter through the charming white-fence gate and step up to the classic front porch with seating for two. As you enter the home you’ll be greeted by an open, bright space combining comfortable seating and entertainment with an open, modern kitchen ready for entertaining. Attention to detail abounds here, with stainless steel appliances and quality cabinetry lit to an ambient perfection. Modern living, modern entertaining revolves around the kitchen, and the layout here pays perfect homage to this. The master bedroom features a voluminous king size bed, and plenty of storage. The second bedroom is open and bright, featuring a small desk for work or maybe an inspired entry into your journal. Adjacent to the modern, comfortable bathroom is a full laundry for guest use. Finally, a large, open backyard awaits guests at the back of the house — the perfect outdoor complement to the interior’s comfortable, thoughtful layout.

The Neighborhood

Transportation
Although there are many, many restaurants, bars, cafes and parks accessible by foot from this property, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
