This downtown vacation rental is one of (4) in this building (contact us if you’d like to reserve all 4 at once). You’ll enter through the front door and access this unit from the hallway. Although garden-level, the apartment is open and bright. You’ll enter into the great-room which features a living room and a kitchen. Both are functional and well-appointed. There’s a table for two, comfortable seating, and plenty of positive character. The kitchen is welcoming and ready for your culinary creations; the living space is colorful and offers plenty of room for (2) — a romantic getaway perhaps? The single bedroom is well-appointed with a comfortable queen and offers quality bedding and linens, professionally laundered. The single bath presents the same, practical sensibility. Other Thing to Note About This Downtown Vacation Rental

ATTENTION: – No pets allowed – we are sorry!; – No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors; * Garbage bins are located in the back alley. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing – we will fix that for you! * Laundry is in hallway in a shared space. *ALL THERMOSTATS NEED TO STAY AT 55 degrees, temp is controlled of the split on the living room wall. Additional services: – Late Checkout Service: $25/hr (Late as 12 pm) *Must be requested before checkout at 10 am otherwise a $30/hr fee will be charged. – Early Check-in Service $25/hr (Early as 2 pm)

Getting Around

Although there are exceptional entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities within walking distance to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
