The Space

4 bedrooms and 2 baths on 2, bright and inviting levels—this home is perfect for families and groups needing a moderate amount of space at a great price, and an undeniable value. Enter through the front door of the home or the 2 car garage, open for guest use. The upper level contains 3 bedrooms, the main living room, a formal dining room, bathroom and kitchen, along with access to the backyard and deck. The master bedroom is very large and contains a comfortable KING bed, along with a twin bunk bed for the kids. Two additional bedrooms upstairs both offer queen comfort. These bedrooms are serviced by a single, practical bathroom. The living space offers comfortable seating and a Roku smart TV with cable also. The kitchen is a classic design, with oak cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is a breakfast table adjacent to the kitchen also, with great outdoor views of the backyard and deck. Downstairs is an additional living area with another Roku smart TV w/cable, along with a 4th bedroom with comfortable queen bed and an additional full bathroom for convenience. The garage is accessible from the lower level too, and features a small smoker’s lounge for guests who need it. ATTENTION: * We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. * Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($30/dog/stay) with restrictions: 2 dogs max; 55 lbs or less; no aggressive dogs: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds and Great Danes. Additional dogs or size need to be cleared beforehand; * No cats – we are sorry!; * Garbage and Recycling bins are located back of home outside fence. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing – we will fix that for you! Although this home is close to restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, parks and trails, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
