The Space

The main living area is open and bright, with plenty of space to relax in comfort. The main sofa also folds out into a bed, an homage to practicality. All rooms are accessible from this space. The big, open kitchen is a chef’s dream and your friends, your family can enjoy the sounds, the smells, the company while you cook from the adjacent dining area with seating for 5 or 6. The kitchen shines with both original surfaces and new ones, including immaculate granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and the original wood flooring.

The 2 bedrooms are comfortable and bright. The master includes access to the outdoor living space, a handsome brick-patio with a grill just waiting to be fired up. Enjoy the ambiance of a cool Colorado summer’s evening from a private, handsome backyard, and retire directly to your bedroom for the night and re-charge for the next day’s adventures. The smaller, second bedroom includes a trundle bed perfect for kids.
