Enter up the front stairs and front porch or through the private single-car garage into the main-level living area, with bright and functional living, kitchen and dining. Upstairs are the unit’s two bedrooms—the master offering queen-sized comfort and an unexpected and inviting walk-out to a private and enclosed sunroom—itself leading out into the private, well-designed backyard. You’ll find yourself seamlessly moving from interior to exterior, and back again—perhaps to enjoy a Colorado sunset, some time outside under the expansive western skies or a warm starry night with your friends or loved ones.
