The Space

Sometimes the cover of the book isn’t everything. Well all know this. It’s what’s inside that counts—and also WHERE the book is located! Featuring 2 bedrooms, plenty of living space, and a functional, no-frills décor—this one is designed for the value traveler and the practical at heart. Access the cottage from the alleyway, and park on the side of the cottage. Enter through the backdoor, on the alley-side of the cottage. This Memorial Park Airbnb is a separate building from the house on the same lot, but the owner asks that you not enter through the fenced backyard or use the “front” cottage door, as they have dogs that use the outdoor space (please beware). Guests will enter from the alley into the cottage’s kitchen, fully functional and ready for your culinary creations. Beyond the kitchen is the main living area, both warm and comfortable. The TV offers cable and Roku entertainment options. Off each side of the living room are the home’s two bedrooms—one featuring king sized comfort, the other a comfortable queen bed. The linens on both are of quality, and laundered professionally. A separate TV sits in the king master bedroom. Both bedrooms are serviced by a single bathroom which also houses a full laundry for guest use. Warm. Comfortable. Inviting. And a great value. The themes of this rental are simple to understand. Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located within walking, hiking, and biking distance to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
