The Space

Enter through the front door using the private electronic code provided, or through the garage after parking there or in the private driveway. The main level offers an open “great-room” or combined living room and kitchen, perfect for entertaining and the practical demands of group settings. There’s a walkout here to the outdoor living space — a private backyard with gas grill and plenty of potential under our big, Colorado skies. The living room also features an attractive gas fireplace and quality, leather furniture. The surfaces here are granite and stainless steel, the flooring is hardwood and everywhere you look there’s a sense of care and craftsmanship. The kitchen is fully functional and ready to entertain, ready for your culinary creations. Upstairs you’ll find (3) of the home’s four bedrooms including the stunning KING master offering a private bath and walkout access to a private balcony facing west … which means PERFECT views of our STUNNING sunsets and mountains. The two additional bedrooms feature KING and queen comfort respectively, as well as an additional bathroom. All of the beds feature hotel quality linens and are professionally cleaned and laundered. Downstairs on the lowest level there’s a separate living space as well as an additional bathroom and bedroom with a bunk bed (2 singles) — a totally separate space offering the prospect of kid-time and adult-time, free from the encumbrances and (or annoyances!) of the other! This Westside Airbnb, by itself, presents the perfect combination of practicality with modern quality design — and along with the ability to co-book with its neighbor, we believe it’s perfect for groups and large families. Getting Around

Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
