The Space

Don’t be intimidated as you pull up and into the long, wrap-around driveway. The main house here might be big, but we’re friendly (and dog friendly!) and welcome you to the home we’ve put so much time, energy, care and love into. Built above the expansive garage of the main home and next to the basketball court (ready for a game!) there’s a single garage bay waiting for you. Enter through the garage door, or through the main door on the side, next to the gas grill ready for a great burger or a juicy portobello. You’ll enter using your private code, and up the stairs in the hallway is the main living area … bright and warm, modern, luxurious and inviting. It’s been designed specifically for short-term guests in a style that pays homage to some of the things that make Colorado such a great place to visit (and live!). The layout is open and spacious. The living room and kitchen are airy and combined, with the two bedrooms and single bath off to the sides. Beyond the obvious comfort & entertaining potential here, the custom kitchen invites a gourmet meal, or just some superb stand-and-talk time with your mates and dates—perhaps enjoying a Colorado craft whiskey or artisan brew. The (2) bedrooms each contain (2) queen beds. There’s plenty of space here, and plenty of comfort. The bedding is quality, and everything is cleaned and laundered professionally. There should be 4 stars on this one, maybe 5 when you consider the private hot tub in the back — used only and exclusively by guests. It’s yours. As is the firepit. Getting Around

Although there are great entertainment, dining, shopping and recreational opportunities very close to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
