Hoste Experiences Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a Hoste Guest Experience! We look forward to making your vacation unforgettable. We understand that plans change for a number of reasons. We ask that if you must cancel your service for any reason, that you would please give us 72 hours notice in order to receive a full refund on your deposit. Please understand that each of our experiences are individually curated for your group. This can include planning, shopping for materials, and travel time.

Our Policy

Your deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled service.

If you are not present in the home when your scheduled service provider arrives and are more than 20 minutes late, you will be subject to a late fee. While we will do our best to still accommodate the service, please note that our providers’ time is valuable and they may have other services scheduled that they need to get to.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, your deposit may be applied to future services. If your provider must cancel your service for any reason, you will be granted a full refund and we will work with you to reschedule your service during your stay.
